At fabrx.in, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns
- You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- It must be in original packaging with tags intact.
- Items that are used, washed, damaged, or missing tags cannot be returned.
Non-returnable items:
- Discounted or clearance sale items
- Gift cards or freebies
How to Request a Return
- Email us at fabrxindia21@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for return.
- Attach clear photos of the product (if it is defective, damaged, or wrong item).
- Once approved, we will provide the return shipping instructions.
Note: Customers must bear the return shipping cost unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about approval.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
- For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, the refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.
Exchanges
- We allow size exchanges or replacements if the item is defective, damaged, or doesn’t fit, and the request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or changed.
